Who controls your data
PROJUCT LIMITED is the data controller for Facetian. It is registered in England and Wales under company number 11809992, with its registered office at 71–75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, England, WC2H 9JQ.
The short version
You supply your own LinkedIn profile PDF. Facetian is independent, does not connect to LinkedIn, does not scrape LinkedIn, and never asks for LinkedIn credentials. Your PDF is used only to provide the analysis you request.
Information you provide
This may include your uploaded PDF, target role or customer description, pasted job descriptions, and answers to evidence questions. Profile information can include career history, education, skills and contact details already present in your PDF.
How we use information
- To extract and structure the profile information you provide.
- To calculate an independent profile assessment and generate recommendations.
- To compare newer uploads with your previous analysis when you ask us to.
- To maintain progress states such as Done or Skip.
No LinkedIn access
We do not access LinkedIn accounts, scrape LinkedIn pages, modify profiles, automate LinkedIn activity, or share credentials with LinkedIn. No LinkedIn login is required.
Accuracy and control
Generated copy must be checked by you before publication. We will not intentionally invent experience, qualifications, achievements or statistics. Where evidence is missing, the product asks you for it or marks the item Not assessed.
Deletion
Use “Delete my profile data” in the dashboard to remove the active analysis. You can also leave a session and begin again with a new PDF.
